Delete Your Pado Account
You can delete your Pado account and associated data from inside the app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have access to the app.
Delete in the app
- Open the Pado app.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
Request deletion on the web
If you cannot access the app, email us from the email address associated with your Pado account.
We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonably quick period and may ask for information needed to verify account ownership.
Data deleted
- Profile and email-based account information
- Waves, Currents, Domains, routines, reviews, and Flow records
- XP, levels, themes, and other app usage data
We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or payment-record obligations.
Deleting your Pado account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Please cancel subscriptions separately in your store subscription settings.
